During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk15 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the pk15 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.
pk15's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pk15 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the player, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their most recently used payment method. Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, pk15 may withhold all or part of the balance pending investigation.
Players may also close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting pk15 support. Voluntary closure does not affect the player's obligations under any outstanding wager or KYC process.
pk15 may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Where an amendment is material — meaning it materially affects players' rights or obligations — pk15 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email to all registered players, or via a prominent notice displayed upon login.
Your continued use of pk15 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, your sole remedy is to close your account before the effective date of the change.
Amendments do not affect bets that have already been placed and accepted by pk15's system prior to the effective date of the change. Those bets remain governed by the version of the Terms & Conditions that was in force at the time the bet was accepted.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under pk15's international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be referred to pk15's internal dispute resolution process.
